187 Fotos von euch – 187 eurer Gedanken, Inspirationen und Interpretationen bereichern aktuell den Place Called Home Fotoslider, der am Donnerstag seit eben genau 187 Tagen am Start ist;) Am vergangenen Wochenende ist er nochmal geradezu explodiert! Dies liegt an den tollen Gewinnerbildern des Fotowettbewerbs 2015 „Heimat“ von Photo+Adventure Duisburg, für die jetzt ebenfalls gilt: Be part of it…
Zeit für uns Konspiranten euch allen zu danken: Nie hätten wir geglaubt, dass euer fotografischer Output schon nach einem halben Jahr den Bilderordner, aus dem sich die Slideshow bedient, auf so zahlreiche und vielfältige Weise füllt. Es ist auch für uns Musiker immer wieder ein Genuss sich dieses einzigartige MusikFotoKunstWebprojekt anzusehen. Humorvoll, ernst, nachdenklich, inspirierend, überraschend, augenzwinkernd, vielschichtig, ermutigend, beeindruckend… Uns fallen gar nicht genug Adjektive ein um zu beschreiben, was diese Bilderflut aus unserem Song alles herauskitzelt. Mehr als wir uns je hätten träumen lassen…
Zum halbjährigen Jubiläum gibt es jetzt erstmals Place Called Home in voller Länge auf YouTube und dailymotion:
Sozusagen eine Momentaufnahme – schließlich stellt der echte Fotoslider ja alles bei jedem Seitenaufruf wieder neu und zufällig zusammen und sorgt so jedes mal für inspirierende Überraschungen! Es wäre jedenfalls toll, wenn ihr dem Video den Daumen hoch zeigt, eifrig kommentiert und den J Conspiracy YouTube-Kanal abonniert.
Außerdem hoffen wir natürlich, dass das Projekt jetzt nicht abebbt: Da gibt es sicherlich noch viel Unfotografiertes zum Thema Heimat und Zuhause. Wir finden: Je voller der Slider um so mehr neue Gedanken, was noch fehlen könnte, kommen einem beim Anschauen. Also ran an die Kameras: Abdrücken und einsenden – schließlich ist es DEIN Place Called Home, den wir brauchen.
Ein echtes Hightlight ist die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Messeveranstalter Photo+Adventure, der wir die oben angesprochenen Bilder aus dem Fotowettbewerb 2015 mit dem Thema „Heimat“ verdanken. Auch im Vorfeld der diesjährigen Messe im Landschaftspark Duisburg am 11. + 12. JUNI 2016 gibt es wieder einen Wettbewerb: diesmal zum Thema „Abenteuer“. Dieser und die Messe mit einem tollen Rahmenprogramm sei allen Fotoverrückten unter unseren Hörern nur wärmstens ans Herz gelegt, sozusagen auch eine konspirative Empfehlung!
In loser Folge möchten wir euch ab jetzt auch einige der Platzierungen aus dem Wettbewerb hier im Blog vorstellen und sozusagen eine kleine Serie beginnen. Da spielt aber nicht nur die Wettbewerbsplatzierung und unsere persönliche Sichtweise eine Rolle, sondern vor allem die Geschichte hinter dem Bild. Dadurch können spannende Blogbeiträge entstehen und in diesem Kontext kann man dann das jeweilige Bild auch nochmal in Ruhe außerhalb des Fotosliders auf sich wirken lassen. Time for us conspirators to thank you all: We never would have believed that your photographic output fills the pictures folder, from which the slideshow is operated, on so many and various ways after just half a year. For us musicians it’s still always a pleasure to watch this unique MusicPhotoArtWebproject. Humorous, serious, thoughtful, inspirational, surprisingly, with a wink, complex, encouraging, impressive … We did not have enough adjectives to describe what these image flood tickles out from our song at all. More than we ever could have dreamed of…

Some kind of a snapshot – Sure, our unique photo slider assembles everything on every page request again new and randomly, ensuring inspiring surprises for each time. It would of course be great if you give the video your thumbs up, comment eagerly and subscribe to our YouTube channel.
In addition we hope that the project will not abate now: There is certainly much that is unphotographed (about „home“). In our opinion: The fuller the slider the more new ideas what could be still missing come one while watching. Now take the cameras! Shot and submit – after all: We want YOUR Place Called Home.
The collaboration with the exhibition organizer Photo+Adventure is a real highlight, which we owe the aforementioned images from the photo contest in 2015 with the theme „home“. Even in advance of this year’s show in the landscape park Duisburg on 11 + 12 June 2016, there is again a contest: this time it’s theme:“adventure“. This and the exhibition with a great supporting program is only highly placed to the hearts of all photo crazies among our listeners to, so to speak: a conspiratorial recommendation!
In an occasional series, we would like to introduce some of the rankings from the contest here on the blog and start a small series from now. But not only the competitive position and our personal perspective plays a role, but also the „story behind the picture„. This enables to create exciting blog posts and in this context you have time to soak up the image in peace outside the photoslider. Here are some examples from the blog archive of/on:
